Much worse than the original app. Makes you log in with name & password every time for e-edition, can only browse through page by page now instead of by section, random occurrences of no page showing anymore. It probably saved them money though!

From what I can see, this is NOT the APP of former. I want an app that allows me to flow through the Dispatch like a paper and share articles. I could use the e edition for this purpose and forego the app. This version is insulting to your cerebral readers. Ummm no thank you. The edition can be access d through the App or website. Im using that but frustrated. I used to be able to easily share articles with F&F. Now, must enter my email each time for to and from...each and every letter...so far no copy n paste options even available. Its just too much and not user friendly, very disappointed, will be cancelling.

The title pretty much sums it up. Large photos/images have been added to each storys headline which means you have to scroll a LOT to glance at the headlines. The weather forecast is prominently featured and cant be moved to the bottom or turned off. I get my weather elsewhere so it is wasted space for me. I also cant re-arrange the tiles (tiles - oh so popular for the moment!) to bring the ones I am interested to the top. So, "eh" pretty much sums it up. I can still read articles but have to work more to do so.

Great pics. Loads quick. Can go to topics of interest quickly.

I liked the former dispatch app for its simplicity, all the headlines at a glance. Now, each story takes up the entire screen. If I wanted to see the photo, I would be happy to open the article.

Pics take up too much room. Fewer headlines. The weather takes up valuable space. I liked the menu on the left. Now I have to scroll about to find a subject. I dont think this follows the basic idea of a mobile app

This "update" is a step in the wrong direction. It takes too many clicks to find stories. You cant even swipe from subject to subject. I miss the old app that just listed all the stories on one page.

With the new update you need to either login or sign-up after reading so many articles. They tried this last year. There are too many places to get free local news. When will they realize this?

Wants me to "sign in" after reading so many articles on my phone problem is theres no place where you can hit new user it just pops up w a box that says username or password and you cant use the app unless you "sign in" Im deleting it

I am a skimmer and the new graphics let me do that.

Love it! Easy to navigate through topics, simple design, and very enjoyable.

Ever since the Dispatch was sold, the paper and its related entities have gone downhill quickly. The iPhone and iPad apps are both full of technical challenges including login issues and crashes. The customer service has declined as well. Its really too bad.

Old dispatch app had more stories. This app more about looks than info.

Way too many graphics; have to scroll for everything; still get interrupted by full page ads constantly; and now a limit on free access. Why would I pay for this? Make it better and your ad revenue will increase with more readers. You cant make up for revenue lost because of mediocre service and content by making people pay for mediocre service and content!

The new site is not user friendly...limited news...havent used/read much since change.

Were paid subscribers to this newspaper and are being told we have to use a password to access it online. I got an email reply from you that gave me a link that did not work. I called and after waiting nearly ten minutes, I spoke to someone in Cincinnati who directed me back to your online site. Were giving up.

As a subscriber I must log in using my password many times and when I do I am denied access even though I have the correct password . This site should be easy for a subscriber to use, but as one who pays to use it I keep getting denied, I know they want to make money but they are stealing when as a subscriber you pay the $ for access and are denied access

I usually read the online edition in the early evening hours. When I have had trouble logging on, I couldnt get the issue resolved until the next day as customer service was closed. Way behind the times on customer service hours for todays 24/7 world. I would like to see more local high school sports stories and less jackets which I think is way over the top for coverage. In today world with the numerous up the the minute electronic news sources, many of the state and national sports stories are old news when they get printed in the Dispatch. Also, It seems that many stories I read earlier in the week get reprinted in the weekend addition, stop the repeats as filler and add more new stories.

As if 8/1/16, a really nice up upgrade to this app! The weather feature is a tremendous improvement. It covers all the news in a nice simple interface with easy access. Nice search feature as well.

Too graphic heavy, have to flip through multiple menus see headlines, Limited free articles, logging in rarely works
